Una vez comprado el artículo y le haya sido entregado, usted poseerá 24 horas para reportar cualquier daño, ruptura o inquietud con la pieza. La misma será envuelta en el mismo empaque que lo recibió y lo devolverá al correo más cercano. Realizada la acción, favor de notificarlo para estar al pendiente de la llegada. No se realizan devoluciones monetarias. Es por esto que como respuesta, se le brindará la opción de: 1) Elegir la misma pieza, 2) La oportunidad de elegir alguna otra pieza (valorada en el mismo costo), 3) Un crédito a la tienda con el valor del producto devuelto.
